Onsite Workshop | 2019 – 2021
2019 – 2021
Join Erma Anderson as she facilitates the Mathematics Specialist in International Schools (MSIS) program.
The two-year program is a coherent sequence of five institutes designed to expand teachers’ understanding of the Common Core Standards, how students learn that content, evidence of student understanding and how to work with peers in a mentoring relationship.
The institutes are five, three day, face-to-face institutes with a follow-up online component. Upon completion of the five institutes, participants will be awarded a Math specialist certificate from the Office of Overseas Schools AERO Project.
Erma Anderson is a former high school physics and mathematics teacher and Albert Einstein Distinguished Fellow in the United States Senate.
