we’re excited to continue growing community-engaged learning at SCIS.

This fall, our theme is Question
 

This experience builds on how students across all programs have been connecting classroom learning to the real world:

• Last year, PYP students, including Grade 5 Exhibition groups, co-designed stops on the tour - exploring food, fashion, festivals, and the stories of our Shanghai community.

• MYP & DP students applied subject-area skills and concepts to investigate how identity, belief, neighborhoods, math, and art come alive in the spaces around us.

Come walk with us -  not only to see academics come alive, but to explore the questions that shape our communities, our perspectives, and our place in Shanghai.

Roots & Wings.

How do your roots and wings help you or your community grow and stay healthy? Your roots are the things that keep you strong, like your family, friends, and beliefs. Your wings are what help you grow and try new things, like learning or connecting with others. Show us how you thrive 茁壮成长 (Zhuó Zhuàng Chéng Zhǎng).
